Festival de profesores como una forma orientada a la practica de mejorar las habilidades de los docentes

Resumo


O artigo discute a formação da posicao dos direitos autorais do professor no Festival de professores de escola, como forma inovadora de aperfeicoamento da competencia profissional deles. A posicao autoral esta transformando a compreensao do evento no qual o professor e o moderador do Festival e e uma referencia potencial na introdução de ambos na cultura profissional. Portanto, conforme discutido no paradigma humanitario, o foco na posicao autoral direciona os participantes nas reunioes educativas, manifestadas no acesso as experiencias profissionais e, mais amplamente, nas experiencias de vida entre si e com a ideia, o sentimento, a ação-conjunta. A divulgação da atuação humanizada do “professor-moderador”, que constitui o processo de formação, da a eles o sentido pedagogico do evento.
